Hello!
We’re Susie and Josh and we love to travel and eat and drink.

However, with the travel restrictions due to Covid, we decided to travel the World by cooking food from other countries in our home.
We began drawing the names of a country each week and make popular/traditional dishes from that country. We came up with dishes to make, learned a little history of the country chosen and listened to traditional music if available.
We had this idea many years ago (at least 15-20) and we still had the container with the country names in it. This is important because one of the countries we drew, Yugoslavia, doesn’t exist anymore. So, a pretty interesting, educational and fun exercise.

*To Note: We selected dishes to make and then searched many recipes and then adapted those into one recipe. If you can't get a certain ingredient then substitute something else for it or omit it. If you have an allergy to an ingredient or just don't like something, omit it or make a substitution. So, some authentic/traditional recipes have been altered a bit.
